How To Order From Rastria

Ordering your custom website from Rastria is simple! We handle all orders through our Discord server to keep things organized and personal.

🧾 Step 1: Join Our Discord

Join our official Discord server to get started. All communication, updates, and support are handled there.

🎫 Step 2: Open a Ticket

Once you're in the server:

  • Head to the #support channel
  • Choose the "Order" option
  • A private ticket will be created where we'll discuss your project

📋 Step 3: Fill Out the Order Form

Inside your ticket, fill out the website order form:

Name: (@username) Project Title: (Give your website a short title) Type of Website: (Portfolio / Business / E-Commerce / Blog / Other) Description of the Website: (What is the site for? What features do you want? Any inspirations?) Preferred Style / Aesthetic: (Minimal, dark theme, colorful, modern, etc.) Number of Pages: (e.g. Home, About, Contact, Shop...) Responsive Design Needed? (Yes/No): (Should it work on both desktop and mobile?) Deadline (if any): (Include exact date or general timeframe) Budget (Optional): (If you have a price range in mind) Extra Notes / Attachments: (Anything else we should know? Logos, references, etc.)

This helps us understand exactly what you need.

🛠️ Step 4: We Build, You Review

Once we confirm your order, we'll begin building your site. You'll receive updates and previews throughout the process.

✅ Step 5: Delivery

After everything is approved, we'll either deliver your website files or host it for you using Netlify.

Rastria Partnership Requirements

We're always open to forming meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships with communities, creators, and studios.

Before applying, please ensure your Discord server or organization meets the following criteria:

  • Your community must be active and well-managed.
  • Your Discord server must have at least 50 members.
  • You must have a partner section or channel where Rastria can be promoted.
  • Content must be safe, respectful, and SFW (no NSFW, hate speech, or harmful activity).
  • A member of your team must be available to communicate directly with us.
  • Your server should have a clean design, clear structure, and basic moderation in place.
  • You must be willing to promote Rastria in return (via a message, embed, or permanent mention).

We reserve the right to deny any partnership that does not align with Rastria's values of professionalism, creativity, and respect.
